Organic Turkey Grillers Recipes
MCLEAN LAYERED POTATO
CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
4 Mclean
Organic Foods Organic Turkey Grillers
3 medium sized
potatoes (approx. 1 1/4LBS)
5 large free
range (or organic) eggs
1 500 gm
package of organic sour cream (14% m.f.)
Paprika
- Wash potatoes and slice into quarters. Steam or boil
until cooked.
- Drain water, cool, then slice (1/4 inch
thickness).
- Boil eggs for 8 minutes, drain, cool in water, then
peel.
- Slice eggs (1/4 inch thickness).
- Slice Turkey Grillers (1/4 inch
pieces).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a small casserole dish with butter or
oil.
- Layer potatoes until they fully cover the bottom of
the casserole dish.
- Layer eggs until they fully cover the casserole
dish.
- Layer Turkey Grillers until they fully cover the
casserole dish.
- Spread a layer of sour cream as the top
layer.
- Sprinkle with paprika and place in
oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of
olive oil
1 small
onion
2 cloves of
crushed garlic
1 red bell
pepper seeded and cut into strips
1 cup of fresh
mushrooms sliced
2 cups of brown
rice
2 cups of
organic chicken stock (plus add 2 cups of water)
1/2 teaspoon of
tumeric
2 cups of
organic peas
1 dozen prawns
(thawed and cleaned)
- Bring chicken stock and water to boil, then add rice
with a pinch of sea salt
- Cook for approx 45 min or until done
- Add peas to pot and cover
- While rice is cooking, heat oil in skillet and
add onion, garlic, mushrooms and
red pepper
- Saute mixture on medium heat until onion is golden
brown
- Add prawns and grillers (slice grillers in 1/4"
slices)
- Cover skillet and cook until prawns turn
pink
- Stir in rice mixture and
serve.
