Mclean Turkey Euro Dog Wrap

Euro Dog & Pepper Mixture

Saute the following ingredients on medium heat:

4 Mclean Euro Dogs Sliced into 1/4" pieces

1 red, 1 yellow, 1 orange organic bell pepper (sliced into thin strips)

½ organic onion sliced into rings

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Rice Mixture:

Put the following ingredients into a blender (blend on medium until course ground):

¾ cup of low fat organic chicken broth

¾ cup milk

¼ cup tightly packed cilantro (pre-washed, fresh, organic)

½ cup tightly packed spinach leaves (pre-washed, fresh, organic)

½ teaspoon of sea salt

Add blended mixture to ¾ cup of rice (organic brown rice preferred)

Optional: Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic and ¼ cup chopped onion to rice before cooking

Bring rice mixture to boil. Lower heat and cover pot for 45 minutes or until done.

Making the wraps:

Heat organic wraps on both sides using a warm skillet.

Remove and lay wrap on cutting board.

Place rice mixture and Euro Dog and Pepper mixture on edge of wrap.

Roll wrap to end. Serve and top with yogurt and salsa.
