Organic Smoked Turkey Roast Recipes
Ashley’s Roast Turkey Wrap
*this recipe is a tasty substitute for a sandwich, especially for those with wheat or gluten intolerances
Ingredients:
- 2 large slices of McLean Organic Foods roast turkey
- ½ cup cooked brown rice
- ½ avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup steamed spinach
- Pinch of unrefined seasalt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
1) Lay out the turkey slices on separate plates.
2) Down the centre of each slice, distribute the rice, avocado and spinach into a thin line.
3) Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4) Roll into wraps, and enjoy with a knife and fork.
