Justin C. McLean,

National Sales Manager

Born in New Brunswick, and raised primarily in the Lower Mainland Fraser Valley, Justin McLean has explored Canada from coast to coast. With his passion for adventure, his acute sense for details, and a strong respect for family and community, Justin is an invaluable entrepreneurial spirit on our McLean team.

Garth Mclean’s eldest son, Justin has worked with McLean Meats since 2005 and has been instrumental in helping the company grow from the ground up. From 2005 to 2006 Justin worked on the production floor overseeing plant orders, packaging and shipping.  In 2007, Justin  went on to help with distribution logistics and as the company grew Justin moved into deliveries and sales support.

With the goal to expand sales across Canada, in 2008 Garth and Michelle moved manufacturing  to a federally inspected plant. Then, while Garth and Michelle focused on growing the business in Eastern Canada, Justin took over the administration and management of national sales.

Drawing from his studies at The Art Institute of Vancouver Justin has also served as the ‘GO TO’ person for Mclean graphic design. Over the years, Justin has helped with brand enhancement, sales materials development plus the logistics and design for industry trade shows.

Today, Justin is a keen participant in all areas of business planning and development. As National Sales Manager, Justin oversees the McLean national customer database and is the primary gatekeeper for daily sales ordering, invoicing, inventory management and all aspects of national distribution.

When Justin is not on the road doing sales calls or coordinating sales from his home office, he can be found in Vancouver, BC, with his family (including his dog Bronson), working on his car, going to car shows, snowboarding on the local mountain, or up in Whistler downhill Mountain Biking.
